Return Policy:
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in unused condition, and in the original packaging. Used items or products with removed manufacturer packaging cannot be accepted for return.
- As a customer, you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
- Discounted items, unless shipped incorrectly, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Prior to returning a product, please send a return request to contact@moorgears.com.
- Cancellations are allowed before the order is shipped.
- Please note that customized items i.e., including bat oiling, knocking in, and applying face sheets, cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Damaged Products:
- If you receive a damaged product, we take full responsibility for the issue. Please contact our customer support at contact@moorgears.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return or replacement process.
- In case the product gets damaged due to mishandling by the buyer, the buyer will be liable for the return or replacement and associated shipping charges.
Return Timeframe:
- Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot process any returns or refunds.
- Cricket bats can only be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this timeframe, returns for cricket bats will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Products:
- To be eligible for a refund or return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the original tags and packaging intact.
- If the returned product is received in a damaged state or shows signs of wear and tear, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or return.
Surprise/Complementary Products:
- Please note that surprise or complementary products included with your purchase are non-returnable and non-replaceable.
Bundle Offers/Mix-Match:
- Returns will not be accepted for bundle offers or mix-match purchases involving two or more items. The entire bundle or mix-match package must be returned as a whole.
Abdominal Guards:
- Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges for abdominal guards will not be accepted.
Clearance Sale Items:
- Clearance sale items and sale orders over 7 days old are considered final sale. This means that they cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to review the item's description and specifications carefully before making a purchase, as clearance sale items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return.
We aim to resolve any dispute promptly, but please note that in the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, the resolution process may take up to 90 days to reach a conclusion.
