For orders totaling between $49 and $99, please contact us to inquire about the applicable shipping rates. We offer a 50% discount on the standard shipping rate for orders within this range.

Shipping Insurance:

All our shipped products come with shipping insurance. This means that in the event of loss or damage during transit, you are covered. If you receive a damaged item, kindly reach out to us with videos and images as evidence to expedite the resolution process.

Damaged Items:

If any item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with videos and images showcasing the damage. We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Return Policy for Cricket Bats:

Please note that cricket bats cannot be returned if they have been used or if the plastic cover has been removed. We adhere to this policy to ensure the integrity and quality of the bats. If you have any concerns about the quality or specifications of a bat, please reach out to us before using it.

Helmets Assembly:

Upon request, we can assemble helmets before shipping them to you. This service ensures that the helmets are ready for immediate use and provides an added convenience for our customers.

Bat Knocking/Oiling/Tape Services:

If you have requested additional services such as bat knocking, oiling, or tape application, please allow an additional 5 days for us to process the shipping. These services require extra time to prepare the bat to your specifications.

Return Eligibility for Sale Items:

Please be aware that not all sale items are eligible for returns. It is important to review the specific terms and conditions associated with each sale item before making a purchase. We cannot accept returns for items that are explicitly stated as non-returnable or final sale.
